Job summary

Osaic's Application Engineering Team Lead is a hands-on technical leader responsible for the design, development, and delivery of advisor-facing applications. The role involves code reviews, architectural decisions, and collaboration with product teams to drive engineering quality.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in C#/.NET, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure with enterprise-scale Agile leadership to guide a distributed team and ensure production stability.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of application development experience with leadership
• Proficient in C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs and DI
• Strong SQL Server skills including stored procedures and performance tuning
• Angular 18+ and full-stack capability across backend and frontend
• Experience with Azure, App Service, Service Bus and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Lead the team as player-coach, reviewing pull requests and guiding architectural decisions
• Collaborate with Product, other technology teams, Compliance and Operations to deliver high-quality software
• Lead Scaled Agile delivery across a distributed team including offshore resources
• Support production stability and proactive problem resolution
• Manage vendors and offshore partners to meet quality and delivery commitments
• Create Software Architecture documentation and adhere to Enterprise Standards
