Responsibilities

• Lead product application roadmap for future solutions after understanding customer technologies and gaps.
• Technically lead difficult, complex application activities and teams.
• Create and lead execution teams for site evaluations and demos at customer sites, with involvement in SOW and schedule.
• Define customer technical requirements through deep analysis and clear understanding of the product roadmap to lead field execution teams from planning to implementation.
• Define new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications and transfer capabilities to the customer support team.
• Lead customer technical review meetings.
• Demonstrate deep domain expertise and broad knowledge across related disciplines.
• Anticipate business and regulatory issues; recommend improvements to product, process or service.
• Lead projects with risk and complexity; develop execution strategy.
• Solve unique and complex problems with broad business impact; apply innovative thinking.
• Influence direction and resource allocation within policy and industry guidelines.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively, addressing objections and persuading senior stakeholders.
