Responsibilities

• Through in-depth understanding of customer technologies and gaps; work through cycle until solution implementation.
• Technically lead difficult, complex application activities and teams.
• Leads execution on-site, evaluations and demos at customer sites, with SOW involvement.
• Interfaces with customers on technical requirements analysis and scheduling.
• Defines/approves product application support plans for installation.
• Creates and leads new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
• Analyzes, develops and transfers new application capabilities to the customer application support team.
• Leads customer technical review meetings.
