Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in CMP process or filtration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of slurry chemistry and semiconductor equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMP filter characterization and performance evaluation using slurry systems.
• Design and execute complex experiments and develop insights.
• Collaborate cross-business units to deliver optimized filtration solutions.
• Perform in-depth returned filter failure analysis and develop reports.
• Act as a technical advisor to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Anticipate technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
