Job summary

You will diagnose advanced SigmaNEST issues, collaborate with Product and Development, and travel to customer facilities to validate capabilities while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT helpdesk/technical support with escalations.
• 5+ years experience in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, with G-code familiarity.
• 5+ years experience with SigmaNEST or similar CAD/CAM nesting software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for complex SigmaNEST issues.
• Mentor support agents and drive documentation to reduce escalations.
• Customize AI-driven tools to improve ticket triage and knowledge base usage.
