Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience/training.
• 3+ years IT, technical application development, or similar experience.
• 3+ years .NET Core, C#, PowerShell, SQL, VB, API and vendor APIs, Jira, VMware Virtualization and Scrum experience.
• 3+ years experience providing customer support for IT systems or applications.
• Proficient technical writing and documentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications and programs in required language to meet project schedule.
• Respond to inquiries, refer issues, and follow through with customers and staff.
• Recommend enhancements to improve software effectiveness.
• Configure and administer systems or applications for planned changes.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced IT Specialists.
• Translate user stories to technical solutions and assist in projects/ upgrades.
