Qualifications

• 3+ years in .NET Core, C#, PowerShell, SQL, VB, API integration; Jira, VMware and Scrum experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains software applications and programs to meet project schedules.
• Responds to inquiries, routes issues, and follows through with customers and staff.
• Recommends enhancements to existing software to improve effectiveness.
• Configures systems or applications and ensures changes are planned, executed and verified.
• Troubleshoots incidents and supports IT systems; documents outcomes.
