Job summary

Horizon Industries Limited is seeking a Senior Application Developer for remote work. The role focuses on sustainment lifecycle management, design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications to meet user and system requirements.

You will collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into specifications, support testing and documentation, and ensure smooth ongoing operation in a dynamic IT consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of total work experience developing.
• Experience with APIs to support Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
• Experience using BPMN tools for business process modeling.
• Experience developing application/process automation with BPMN and tools like Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, SQL Server and .NET.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform development.

Salary Range : There are various factors that are considered in determining finalpayfor a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, education, certifications, and competencies that align with the specified role, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is: $125,000-$135,000

What we are looking for:

The Application Programmer will provide experience and knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations. This role supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of computer programs to ensure applications meet user and system requirements.

You will work with systems analysts and designers to research and document requirements, analyze objectives, translate solutions into detailed program specifications, and assist with program design and modifications. This position also involves supporting testing, documentation, and reporting to ensure the smooth sustainment of system software applications.

Minimum Experience:

• Five (5) years of total work experience developing.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
• Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models; experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc., with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform-based development.

Required Skills:

• Education : BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I.
• Certification:
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1.

The contractor shall meet the certification requirements within 3 months after the onboarding start date.

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
