Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) seeks a Senior Application Developer to design and implement enterprise-scale software within a federal environment. You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Systems Architects to translate requirements into scalable solutions using Java, .NET, AngularJS, SOAP and REST APIs.

The role emphasizes low-code/no-code platforms, BPMN, and integration with Appian, Salesforce and Nintex, with a focus on Microsoft SQL Server and .NET development

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Business or related discipline
• Five (5) years minimum total work experience in development
• Experience with APIs to support LowCode/No-Code Development Platform models
• Experience using BPMN tools for process modeling and automation
• Experience using Appian, Salesforce, Nintex with MS SQL Server and .NET environments
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code development
• Industry recognized certification, SAFe Agile Certification preferred

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Senior Application Developer to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Develop software based on requirements developed by Business Analysts to meet the business solution needs at enterprise, large-scale level. All work is within the application development framework used by the organization. Work performed by the Application Developer is in collaboration with a Business Analyst to meet the requirement of fulfilling the client's goals to implement the business solution. Proficiently execute the work using the tools and techniques implemented for the project needs. Work directly with Systems Architect to develop and implement new third-party applications, tools, and programming libraries to meet the business development goals of the client. Utilizes web-based software such as Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, Javascript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, and Web Based API in the build out of software applications.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

• Knowledge of enterprise-scale software development principles, application frameworks, and Agile and hybrid development methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts and Systems Architects.
• Proficiency in web application development using Java, JavaScript, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, SOAP, REST APIs, and web-based APIs.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code development platforms, BPMN, and business process automation tools such as Appian, Salesforce, and Nintex.
• Ability to design and implement APIs, third-party applications, programming libraries, and automated business processes.
• Experience developing applications using Microsoft SQL Server and .NET development environments and integrating enterprise software solutions.

Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Business or related discipline
• Five (5) years minimum total work experience in development.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support LowCode/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools. Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models,
• Experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Industry recognized certification
• Prefer SAFe Agile Certification or equivalent
