Enterprise Solutions and Management is seeking a Senior Application Developer to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. The role emphasizes translating business needs into scalable software with APIs and integration across platforms.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Systems Architects, applying Agile/hybrid development and BPMN tools to deliver robust solutions using SQL Server and .NET in a government setting.

Formación

• BA or BS in CS, IS, Engineering or related discipline.
• Five (5) years minimum total work experience in development.
• Experience with APIs to support LowCode/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using BPMN tools for process automation.
• Experience using Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server and .NET.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code development.
• Industry recognized certification; SAFe preferable.
• Secret clearance.

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Senior Application Developer to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

• Knowledge of enterprise-scale software development principles, application frameworks, and Agile and hybrid development methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts and Systems Architects.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code development platforms, BPMN, and business process automation tools such as Appian, Salesforce, and Nintex.
• Ability to design and implement APIs, third-party applications, programming libraries, and automated business processes.
• Experience developing applications using Microsoft SQL Server and .NET development environments and integrating enterprise software solutions.

• Be a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations
• Candidate must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customers
• Must have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision

Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Business or related discipline
• Five (5) years minimum total work experience in development.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support LowCode/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools. Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models,
• Experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Industry recognized certification
• Prefer SAFe Agile Certification or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Required to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking (including stairs) throughout offices and between buildings. May require use of public transportation, personal or Government vehicle to drive to local and/or remote office locations.
