Qualifications

• Alternative: Associate's degree with 16 credits and at least two years as an application programmer plus four years IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture for Java applications and services, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate integration with COTS, SaaS, Web Services and other government systems.
• Provide guidance to architecture, design, and support staff with minimal supervision.
• Promote usability, security, mobility, maintainability and reuse of IT assets.
