Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
7 or more experience as a senior developer in large IT projects.
Prior project architect and/or team lead experience.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
At least 3years project experience working with AI, cloud platforms and HR platform SaaS applications.
Strong knowledge of application architecture principles, design patterns, integration patterns, and software engineering practices.
Experience designing enterprise applications using modern technologies such as APIs, microservices, containers, cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with security-by-design principles, identity and access management, data protection, and secure coding practices.
Ability to create architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, decision records, and roadmaps.
