Zusammenfassung

Humana is seeking a Senior Application Architect to design and develop IT applications architecture solutions that align with enterprise standards. The role handles moderately complex to complex problems, performing technical planning and creating architecture artifacts, roadmaps, and specifications.

You will influence department strategy, assess compatibility of products, and lead architectural decisions for interdependent applications. Travel to Humana offices may be required occasionally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 7+ years experience as a senior developer in large IT projects.
• Prior project architect and/or team lead experience.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• At least 3 years project experience working with AI, cloud platforms and HR platform SaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture principles, design patterns, integration patterns, and software engineering practices.
• Experience designing enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, containers, cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with security-by-design principles, identity and access management, data protection, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to create architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, decision records, and roadmaps.
