Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$104,796.60 - $136,198.40 / Annual

Remote Position (FL Only) This is a remote position incumbents, who reside in Florida only, may work at home. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Lee Health location.

Summary

Responsible for:

  • Advise organization on best practices within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhancing experiences.
  • Deliver proof of concept and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow development to stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and functionalities within ServiceNow to enhance business processes and workflows.
  • Configure and integrate ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
  • Stay current of emerging ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to other technical team members.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Preferred

Will accept 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree

Experience Requirements:

8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator

Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, and the scripting aspect of the ServiceNow platform.

Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

Demonstrated experience with various ServiceNow Platform areas such as:

  • IT Service Management - Asset, Incident, Change, Problem
  • Service Portfolio Management (ITBM) - Demand, Resource, Project & Portfolio
  • IT Operations Management - Discovery, Service Mapping
  • Core Platform -Service Portal, Service Catalog, CSDM, CMDB, Data Fabric

Certifications/Registration Requirements:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred

Other Requirements

This position requires good listening skills, expert analytical skills with the ability to recognize and solve complex problems and respond accordingly. Serves as a mentor for team members in the areas of work ethic, values, and customer service while demonstrating genuine concern for patients and the community. Develops and maintains effective relationships and communications with all IS leaders, IS staff, and other organization leaders and staff. Assumes other duties as assigned.
