You will contribute to platform administration, integrations and code delivery, while following best practices and engineering standards. Expect collaboration across teams with travel to Humana offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on Appian development.
• 4+ years software development or infra experience.
• Experience building workflow-driven and case-based applications.
• Good understanding of platform security, integrations, and data access patterns.
• Exposure to regulated environments with emphasis on security and audit.
• Hands-on with Web API development and Kafka integrations.
• Familiarity with Appian SAIL, Records, Data Fabric, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates on design and development of Appian software solutions.
• Configures and optimizes the Appian platform and addresses issues.
• Develops integrations between Appian and other systems using RESTful services.
• Supports delivery of workflow and case management solutions on Appian.
• Evaluates and implements Appian features and upgrades to improve reliability.
• Promotes Appian best practices and engineering standards.
