Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of demonstrated experience in information systems development, analysis, design, and documentation.
- Hands-on Appian development experience and ability to lead Appian/AI solution development.
Responsibilities
- Plan, analyze, design, and build information systems.
- Lead information systems development and provide programming oversight.
- Perform enterprise-wide strategic systems planning and business information planning.
- Model processes and data to support planning and analysis.
- Develop migration strategies for legacy-to-target transitions.
- Ensure Appian/AI solutions integrate with enterprise standards and governance.
- Contribute to best practices and reference implementations in information engineering and AI-enabled applications.
- Provide daily supervision and mentorship to technical staff and guidance in software engineering techniques.
