Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking an Appian Developer to design, build, and deploy applications on the Appian low-code platform. You will focus on workflow automation, data integration, and UI design, working with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid, high-quality solutions.

Required are 13 years in software/system engineering, TS/SCI with CI Poly, and experience with Appian or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in Software or Systems Engineering roles or a highly related field with similar scope and responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI with a current CI Polygraph.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing or configuring applications using Appian or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
• Front-end or back-end software development skills.
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodology.

Responsibilities

• Building, testing, and troubleshooting applications using Appian’s low-code environment.
• Designing and implementing complex business process workflows
• Creating data records and connecting Appian with external systems.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance Appian applications.
• Transform client requirements into functional Appian solutions through design, development, and testing.
