Job summary

HCL Global Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Appian Application Developer to join our Hartford/Raleigh/Richardson/Tempe teams. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support Appian-based workflow solutions, integrating SQL and APIs while leveraging AWS services.

The role requires 6–8 years of hands-on Appian experience, RPA tooling, and strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in Appian Application Development (Workflow, Process Models, Interfaces, Records).
Appian RPA and Blue Prism Development.
SQL and API Integration experience.
Experience with AWS Services (EC2, EBS, RDS, S3).
Application design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Agile/SDLC experience.
Experience working with enterprise applications and integrations.
Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
