Job summary

ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC seeks a Senior Appian Developer to lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian-based solutions for the Army FASOR program. You will provide technical leadership within the Digital Solutions Division, ensuring secure, scalable applications compliant with cybersecurity standards.

The role requires DoD SECRET clearance or ability to obtain, strong Appian development experience, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure Government) and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or other technical discipline, or 4 additional years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in the last 8 years designing, developing, and maintaining software for engineering applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on Appian development in production.
• Demonstrated application of DoD database and code security requirements.
• U.S. Citizenship and active or interim DoD SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement Appian applications and integrations for FASOR requirements.
• Lead code reviews and enforce Appian coding standards and DoD secure coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Appian and Army systems.
• Provide mentorship to junior Appian developers.
• Support deployment and sustainment of Appian solutions across Army enterprise and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated Appian workflows.
