Job summary

Nüvitek is seeking a Senior Consultant, Appian to design and deliver low-code solutions for clients in a fully remote role. You will work with an Agile team of developers to modernize applications using Appian, mentor juniors, and contribute to architecture and best practices.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Appian experience, strong debugging skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance.
• 6+ years designing and implementing digital, BPM, or case-management solutions using Appian.
• Strong Appian development and debugging skills.
• Solid understanding of data concepts (SQL, databases) and business processes.
• Experience with Appian versions 20.x and later.
• Hands-on experience building apps using modern Record Types and related features.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Envision, design, and implement features on the Appian platform based on the project backlog.
• Provide estimates for upcoming sprints based on current functionality.
• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to ensure delivered software meets end-user needs.
• Unit test features and conduct peer reviews of code as needed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Deliver presentations to clients during sprint demos and coordinate cross-team meetings.
• Share knowledge through internal sessions and best-practice papers.
