Job summary

Eight Eleven is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst IV with a strong Appian background to bridge business needs and technical delivery in Charlotte, NC. You will drive workflow automation, process optimization, and platform enhancements using Appian’s low-code capabilities, partnering with product owners, developers, operations, Salesforce teams, and data engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• 2+ years hands-on Appian experience (process modeling, records, reports, integrations).
• Strong BPM and workflow automation knowledge.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling and ETL concepts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence/Visio.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Lead workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Perform current-state and future-state analyses and gap analyses.
• Support UAT planning and defect resolution.
• Document platform architecture and integration patterns.
