Job summary

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a Senior Appian Developer for a full-time role. You will design and lead Appian applications, data models, processes, and integrations while serving as the platform authority for low-code case management and workflow automation.

The role requires 5–8 years of Appian development experience, leadership in design, and Appian certifications. You will mentor mid-level developers and help ensure deployment governance and platform health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required and two years may substitute for one year of education.
• Five to eight years of Appian development experience, including at least two years leading design.
• Appian Senior Developer certification is required.
• Appian Lead Developer certification within 180 days of assignment.
• Appian Analyst and cloud platform certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect Appian applications including record types, data models, process models, and interfaces.
• Design integrations using connected systems, web APIs, and database connections.
• Establish design standards, reusable patterns, and application health and governance practices.
• Optimize process performance, data fabric usage, and platform scalability.
• Lead code review, deployment governance, and mentoring of mid-level developers.
