This position involves document management, file handling, and light travel.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certification required or equivalent.
• Three years of substantive paralegal experience required with a paralegal program.
• Education combinations acceptable per guide (paralegal cert, or BA/BS with 3y, or GED with 7y).

Responsibilities

• Provide legal, administrative and clerical support to attorneys in Appellate and Post-Conviction Section.
• Proof, cite check, and prepare Tables of Authorities for briefs and filings.
• Electronically file documents in state and federal courts; manage documents and service copies.
