The Judicial Branch of California's Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, located in downtown San Diego, invites experienced lawyers to join as an Associate Justice's chamber attorney or central staff attorney.

Candidates will draft proposed opinions across criminal, civil, and juvenile matters, perform superior legal research, and present facts and arguments clearly. Flexible scheduling and some remote work are available.

Qualifikationen

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Two years of post-bar legal experience in a legal setting for Level B; more for higher levels.
• Experience in appellate practice or appellate litigation is preferred.
