Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production art for apparel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience as a senior-level apparel production artist.
• Demonstrated experience with signature athlete products and the fashion side of apparel.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and technical schematic expertise for logos and trims.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of production-ready apparel graphics, ensuring technical accuracy and design integrity.
• Create detailed technical schematics for logos, trims, and other graphic elements for factory production.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to translate creative concepts into executable production art, particularly for signature athlete and fashion-forward apparel.
• Manage the end-to-end process of graphic design and production art, demonstrating clear ownership of each stage.
• Contribute to the innovation of apparel production techniques and digital design workflows.
