Responsibilities

• Concept & Sample Creation: Build expert prototypes across apparel categories using advanced construction methods, machinery, and materials.
• Wear Test Preparation & Support: Construct test‑ready samples ensuring fit, materials, trims, and construction integrity.
• Technical Excellence & Craft Leadership: Demonstrate mastery in sewing, patternmaking, garment engineering, and construction innovation; guide others on equipment.
