Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines in Houston is seeking an Analyst Sr App Dev to provide automated testing services and technical support for core applications. You will develop automated test scripts and collaborate with developers to ensure software quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of coding, UI test automation, Agile experience, SQL, REST/microservices, and cloud/CI knowledge. You will mentor peers and participate in on-call IT support and testing strategy implementations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional coding experience in C#, Java, JavaScript or Ruby.
• UI test automation experience with Selenium/Protractor/Watir/Playwright.
• Experience in all phases of the software and testing lifecycle.
• Strong testing framework: test strategy, planning, design and execution.
• Agile methodology experience (e.g., Scrum) and test management tools.
• SQL proficiency and understanding of RESTful services and microservices.
• Experience with Cloud environments (AWS preferred) and CI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide automated testing services and support for core applications.
• Develop test scripts and automate updates for testing procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, IT managers, and business users on test plans.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in on-call support.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain IT services; communicate project status.
