Job summary

Crystal Mover Services, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced electro-mechanical technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and central control operations on airport automated people mover (APM) systems.

You will troubleshoot with schematics and test equipment, document activities, and ensure safety and compliance. Associates degree in Electronics or related field is required; AP N experience preferred; valid driver’s license and ability to obtain airport security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in electromechanical field.
• Prior APM experience preferred.
• Must read and interpret complex drawings and schematics.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain airport security clearance.
• Must pass post-offer tests and medicals.
• Fluency in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on APM systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using procedures, manuals, and schematics.
• Document all activities in prescribed format and in a timely manner.
• Operate central control safely under company and client guidelines.
• Provide training to new technicians on maintenance methods.
• Supervise maintenance activities in absence of Supervisor/Engineer.
• Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures.
