Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Subject matter expertise in architecting, securing, and stabilizing complex API platforms, developer portals, or API gateways.
• Proven track record of automated solutions for risk reduction, developer self-service, and operational efficiency.
• Broad tech stack knowledge across cloud platforms, web frameworks, and mobile paradigms to enable secure, scalable solutions.
• Proven history of driving resource optimization and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical leadership, architecture, and platform modernization initiatives for API tooling and developer self-service portals.
• Oversee risk management, platform governance, and deployment security with robust tooling for end-to-end traceability.
• Drive platform rationalization, cost efficiencies, and data-driven infrastructure optimization.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with business leaders to align technical solutions with Citi’s technology vision.
