Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Test Analyst to support API testing, system integration testing, and validation across connected software platforms. The role focuses on ensuring reliable communication between applications and services through thorough test design and execution.

You will design test plans, execute API, functional, regression, and end-to-end tests, validate payloads with Postman, and collaborate with developers to verify fixes and releases in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of QA Testing or Test Analysis.
• Hands-on API testing with Postman.
• Experience routing API requests and validating responses.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform API, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate request and response payloads using Postman.
• Review system behavior, business workflows, and application integrations.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to validate fixes and enhancements.
• Execute testing activities supporting releases and production deployments.
• Verify data accuracy and successful communication across integrated systems.
• Participate in test planning and quality assurance initiatives.
