Job summary

Nodak Insurance Company seeks a Senior Integrations Developer to own the design, development, and lifecycle management of REST/SOAP APIs and system-to-system integrations. You will connect internal IBM i applications with external vendors, partners, and mobile platforms, while mentoring teammates and shaping a strategic, secure integration vision.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of web technologies and APIs including REST and SOAP.
• Experience architecting end-to-end integrations with DB2 for i and RPG/RPGLE.
• Ability to mentor developers, review designs, and share best practices.
• Understanding of authentication, encryption, and data-in-transit security.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and lifecycle management of APIs and system integrations.
• Lead build-out of new integrations from requirements through deployment.
• Mentor developers, review code, and promote integration best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex API and integration issues and perform root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on feasibility and long-term maintainability.
