Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years in IT with a focus on API management, cloud operations, and customer support.
• Experience deploying Kong Enterprise or similar API gateway.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and management of the customer’s enterprise API gateway on OpenShift.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of API infrastructure.
• Provide expert-level support for API management and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance API consumption and integration.
• Monitor and optimize API performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for API management.
• Drive continuous improvement in API strategies and cloud operations.
