Job summary

Global Credit Union seeks an experienced Integration Engineer to lead API development on the Enterprise Integration Platform. You will design API layers, data models, and specifications, collaborate with multiple Product Development Teams, and drive performance improvements for scalable services.

The role requires deep MuleSoft experience, REST/SOAP APIs, and strong SDLC knowledge. You will mentor engineers, guide API standards, and contribute to platform governance within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably BSEE, BSCE, or BSCS or equivalent work experience.
• Equivalent technical education and/or related work experience.
• At least ten years of professional software development experience preferred.
• Experience with MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs, API management, and SOA integration.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and SDLC practices; knowledge of C#, .NET, Java, and T-SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature and user story development within Product Development Teams.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy solutions on the Enterprise Integration Platform.
• Design API layers, data models, and specifications.
• Develop APIs utilizing Enterprise Integration Platform components.
• Improve API performance and reliability (response time, resource use).
• Guide architecture, API standards, and governance across teams.
