• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 4 years of software development experience, or equivalent work history.
• Experience designing and delivering secure, scalable APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on cloud migration experience to AWS and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support secure, scalable APIs and microservices for Payments, Money Movement, and Information Reporting platforms.
• Modernize and migrate APIs and integration services from on-premises to AWS cloud-native architectures.
• Build cloud-native solutions using AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, IAM, and KMS.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS-native technologies.
• Support and enhance existing API platforms, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka, SNS, and SQS for real-time processing.
• Provision, deploy, and maintain containerized apps with OpenShift, Docker, and AWS ECS.
• Implement secure coding practices, API security controls, and infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and monitor with observability tools (Dynatrace, CloudWatch, X-Ray, Grafana, Splunk).
• Participate in on-call support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
