Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks an experienced API Engineer to design, develop, and optimize backend APIs using .NET (8+), SQL, and Azure services. You will work across teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions for enterprise applications, implementing CI/CD and IaC practices.

The role emphasizes performance, maintainability, and collaboration with Front-End, QA, BA, and Product Owners, within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

5–7 years of backend/API development experience.
Strong .NET (version 8+) and SQL/database design.
REST API design and development, event-driven patterns.
Azure services experience including Entra ID, Key Vaults, API Management.
Infrastructure as Code using Bicep; Git and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
Unit testing and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET within an n-tier architecture.
Build high-performance, scalable, and reliable code for enterprise applications.
Manage API versioning, security, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
Collaborate with Front-End Engineers, QA, BA, and Product Owners; follow best practices.
Integrate with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and webhooks; use Azure resources.
