Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test and implement API proxies and integration services on the Google Apigee platform across the enterprise portfolio.

You will provide SME guidance, align with the SDLC, and work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to deliver robust, scalable solutions for hospitality and travel services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with API proxies on Google Apigee.
• Experience with Apigee API productization and consumer management.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, design, development and implementation of API proxies and integration services on the Google Apigee platform.
• Provide SME knowledge and technical planning in application design, software development, performance, testing, and infrastructure.
• Lead development activities with agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban) and ensure quality coding standards.
