Infinitive Inc. is seeking a skilled Full Stack API Developer to architect, build, and optimize enterprise-grade APIs and microservices. You will work with Python and Java, integrating AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code to accelerate development.

The role combines backend API design with frontend integration, cloud data platforms, and DevOps practices. This hybrid position offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities to influence architecture across client projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience in full stack and API-centric applications.
• Hands-on programming in Python and Java enterprise frameworks.
• Claude Code experience for AI-assisted development and code reviews.
• API design knowledge (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and microservices patterns.
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and core cloud services (AWS).
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable RESTful and event-driven APIs.
• Connect backend endpoints with frontend interfaces and client-facing apps.
• Utilize Claude Code to accelerate development, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
• Interface with relational and NoSQL databases and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into implementations.
• Enforce API design standards and security practices.
