Job summary

Acrisure in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain application and data integrations across systems, APIs, and services. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements, build scalable solutions, and support integration troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years with integration platforms, SQL, and REST/SOAP, plus familiarity with Mulesoft or Jitterbit. On-site presence is required for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, accounting or finance and 5–7 years of integration experience.
• Experience with ERP/HCM/EPM systems and XML; REST/SOAP web services.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with 3rd party integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain system integrations and components (APIs, file transfer, SQL queries).
• Analyze requirements, decompose, design, and document integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integrations and provide technical support across IT teams.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and project teams on specifications.
• Build reports or data extracts to support business analysis.
• Develop and maintain data integration components (ETL, cleansing).
• Write SQL to retrieve data per requirements and data integration with front ends.
• Participate in testing, release, and deployment of integrations.
