Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to organize, direct, and manage the maintenance and preservation of a community. This role directs maintenance staff, oversees preventative work, and manages budgets in collaboration with the Property Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in apartment maintenance and supervisory experience, with a valid driver’s license and HVAC Type II/Universal certification.

Qualifications

• Five years of apartment management and supervisor experience.
• Ability to direct, motivate, train and develop subordinates.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Type II A/C Certification or Universal in HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees maintenance staff and ensures all areas of the community are maintained.
• Monitors and improves team performance through skill development.
• Maintains inventory levels and orders supplies as needed.
• Performs hands-on maintenance to ensure market-ready, occupied units and preventative maintenance.
