• Manage vacant apartments; prepare for new leases.
• Maintain grounds; keep debris and trash removed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs to standards.
• Complete tasks like caulking, carpentry, doors, painting, drywall.
