Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring work orders are logged and completed promptly.
• Manage vacant apartments and prepare them for new leases.
• Maintain grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements professionally.
