InterSolutions in Lubbock, TX is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Agent to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through leasing paperwork. You will handle rent and deposits, communicate terms, and support move-ins, renewals, and retention, with online onboarding and paid training provided.

The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and a structured coaching program.

Qualifications

Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greeting prospective residents, conducting tours, and identifying their housing needs.
Assisting with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and background and credit checks.
Collecting rent, security deposits, and other move-in fees.
Communicating lease terms and community policies to new and existing residents.
Following up with prospects who haven’t leased.
Ensuring apartments are move-in ready by inspecting and adding last minute touches when appropriate.
Implementing creative marketing techniques to attract new residents.
Managing lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
Responding promptly to all calls, emails, and inquiries.
