Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead Source-to-Pay initiatives across North America. You will drive complex projects, improve compliance and efficiency, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Digital, Shared Services, and leaders to deliver measurable results.

You will oversee automated payables solutions, perform data-driven analyses, and support audits while communicating insights to senior leadership. A hybrid work model supports collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance/accounting/procurement role.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, macros).
• Experience with automation tools (Power BI, Power Apps/Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, DocuSign).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership during escalations and vendor issue resolution, coordinating cross-functional groups.
• Lead strategic Accounts Payable and S2P transformation projects from business case through execution.
• Champion automation solutions to improve Payables performance and reporting.
• Use data-driven insights to drive working capital improvements from a payables perspective.
• Oversee internal and external audit reviews of the payables area and address findings.
• Drive additional initiatives supporting Payables operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.
