Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead a large Air Operations Center modernization and sustainment effort. The role encompasses pre-award capture, proposal, and transition planning, then full execution including cost, schedule, staffing, risk, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has extensive senior leadership experience in AOC/air operations and will work closely with government stakeholders to deliver mission-critical outcomes in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Advanced military education or graduate degree preferred.
• 15+ years in Air Force, Joint, DoD, or national security with senior leadership in operational environments.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with cost, schedule, performance, risk and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Falconer/AOC program strategy and execution, aligning customer objectives with operational needs.
• Apply understanding of AOC operations, tasking processes, operational readiness, and mission assurance.
• Develop and implement PM processes, governance, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Maintain relationships with government stakeholders, operators, and leadership.
• Drive program execution across cost, schedule, performance, risk, and staffing objectives.
• Coordinate with capture, pricing, contracts, and BD to ensure integrated program approaches.
