Responsibilities

As a member of Apple's case management team, you will formulate and drive legal strategy, working with cross-functional teams across product areas. The role requires independence, judgment, and a trial-focused approach. Travel may be required. You will be part of a supportive team of lawyers, legal specialists, and staff dedicated to protecting Apple's interests.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of litigation experience in major law firms or in-house, including leadership in competition-related cases.
• Experience managing experts and discovery processes.
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest and aptitude in technology.
• Trial experience and broader litigation experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Pay & Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $221,600 to $333,200, depending on skills, experience, and location.
