Job summary

Revlon in Kenilworth, NJ, seeks a Senior Development Chemist to lead hands-on formulation of antiperspirant and deodorant products. You will guide projects from concept to scale-up, collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory and Quality, and mentor junior staff.

The role is onsite at our Kenilworth office with strong emphasis on innovative, cost-effective formulations and cross-functional teamwork to deliver new products.

Qualifications

• Strong command of cosmetic formulation science and product/process interactions.
• Working knowledge of U.S. OTC antiperspirant requirements and cosmetic regulatory considerations.
• Ability to design experiments, analyze data, and translate results into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Independently formulate, reformulate and optimize antiperspirant/deodorant products across multiple formats.
• Translate briefs, benchmarks and consumer needs into targets for formulation and process.
• Lead projects from feasibility through scale-up, product release and first production.
