The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of cosmetics formulation experience and a strong interest in developing skills further, with collaboration across internal and external partners to meet project timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in cosmetics formulation development, antiperspirant/deodorant category a plus.
• Proficient in the use of computer systems and database.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver innovative antiperspirant/deodorant products across multiple forms.
• Coordinate formulation, testing, documentation and eventual commercialization with matrix teams.
• Prepare product formulations for evaluation and testing.
• Conduct stability testing and identify solutions when issues arise.
• Coordinate all product testing with matrix partners (microbiology, safety, efficacy, packaging).
• Manage collection, database entry and approval of all formula and ingredient information for regulatory and safety reviews.
