Job summary

Aether Aerospace is hiring an AT Engineer to provide Anti-Tamper, System Security Engineering, and acquisition support to government teams on major DoD programs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science and 6 years of related experience, with 5+ years in AT engineering and active clearance eligibility.

Location is within the United States with potential travel; the candidate will engage in technical analysis, documentation, and program status tracking while supporting risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering/science field and 6 years of related experience.
• 5+ years of Anti-Tamper engineering and capability development experience.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test or evaluate military weapons systems.
• Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
• Apply engineering experience to perform system integration configuration management, QA testing, or acquisition and resource management.
• Perform technical analysis of anti-tamper capabilities.
• Collect, organize and interpret technical data relating to weapons system acquisition projects.
• Engage with programs to assess performance-to-plan and technical risks.
• Track program status and schedules.
• Generate high quality technical reports and presentations.
• Communicate with Government team counterparts.
