Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking two Senior Ansible Developers for a major datacenter migration project. You will design and deploy Ansible playbooks, automation workflows, and validation scripts across data centers in a regulated banking environment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of Ansible, strong Python/Bash scripting, and hands-on experience with datacenter-to-datacenter migrations, NetApp storage replication, and Ansible Tower/AAP. Hybrid onsite 2 days/week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Ansible development experience with playbooks, roles, and frameworks.
• Direct, hands-on experience in large-scale datacenter-to-datacenter migrations.
• Strong knowledge of NetApp storage replication and automation of provisioning or failover workflows.
• Experience in a large, regulated banking/financial services environment with strict change management policies.
• Experience with Ansible Tower / Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).

Responsibilities

• Migration Automation: design, build, and deploy Ansible playbooks and scripts for cross-datacenter migrations.
• Dependency & cutover execution: support discovery, mapping, sequencing, automated cutover, validation, and post-migration support.
• Storage & infrastructure integration: automate storage provisioning and replication workflows during cutover phases.
• CI/CD & platform management: use Ansible Tower/AAP to standardize deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to enterprise change control and governance.
