Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Angular Developer for its technology team supporting a leading investment bank in New York City. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications used for trading, risk management, portfolio management, and reporting.

You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions in a regulated financial-services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Experience with investment banks or financial services is preferred.
• Strong Angular framework experience with HTML5/CSS3.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and front-end integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Build reusable, scalable UI components.
• Integrate front-end apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Develop dashboards and client-facing platforms with state management (NgRx).
• Ensure performance, security, accessibility, and usability standards.
